One paper copy plus packing weighs 900g. Shipping price varies across Canada. Universal price for packing and shipping of paper copy is standard flat pack is Cdn$21.99 + $2.86 HST. Total $24.85xx. Multiple copies are multiples of the single copy.

If you wish shipping by UPS, Purolator, FedEx or a different carrier, please advise and we will advise you of the price.

Purchasers of the digital version are required to agree that they will not provide a digital copy to another individual, company, educational or other organization. Completion of this order form is taken to signify your agreement.

Digital copies are delivered through a link to Drop Box. We will provide the link upon receipt of advice from PayPal of receipt of payment.

Payment is to be made through PayPal to the account of J.A. Fowler & Associates.
